I really looked forward to this concert at the Gelredome and we were there in plenty of time to park, have a little snack and find out seats. We were sitting on the 1st. rang/ balcony centerstage. Unfortunately lots of people arrived too late to the event. So the first 45 minutes while Andre was playing, the seating person in our section let people be seated and that made it impossible to listen to the music. People were walking in, searching for their seats, everbody had to get up numerous times and the seating person was really overwhelmed. On the ground floow the seating personel waiting always for a break in the music/ between songs to let people enter and find their seats. But that was not the case we were sitting. Unfortunately that is now the second time that happened while being at a concert at the Gelredome and we decided that we will never come back. We paid good money for this event and we really could not believe why the seater let people just walked in at any time - in between music and we certainly were not able to enjoy the first hour of the concert. I hope that other people never will endure such poor organization and the poor treatment of the seaters.
